DAVEEDA Life Insurance Brokerage (“DAVEEDA”, “we”) collects only what it needs to prepare a life insurance conversation with you and to place coverage you ask for.

What we collect

• Contact details you provide: name, email, phone, ZIP code.
• Coverage Match answers: what you want to protect, approximate coverage, budget, date of birth, tobacco use, a general health description, income range, existing coverage and timing.
• Technical data: pages visited, referrer, campaign tags (UTM), browser type and a one-way hash of your IP address for fraud prevention.

What we do with it

• Prepare and conduct your coverage review with Lance.
• Obtain quotes and, if you apply, submit your application to the insurance carrier you choose. Carriers have their own privacy notices.
• Contact you about your request by phone, text or email in line with the consent you gave.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your information or share it with lead-generation networks.
• We do not use Coverage Match answers to automatically accept or decline anyone. Eligibility is decided by the licensed broker and the carrier during underwriting.
• We do not ask for medical records, medications, diagnoses, Social Security numbers or account numbers on this website.

Communication consent

When you submit a form on this site you agree that DAVEEDA may contact you by phone, text message (including automated messages) or email about life insurance options. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email us to withdraw consent at any time.

Storage and security

Your data is stored in a dedicated, access-controlled database used only by DAVEEDA. It is transmitted over encrypted connections. You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time via the contact page.
